Dear Mr Hipkins

I am Max Dunbar a student of Kaiapoi North School.

I hope you don't mind me writing a letter to you about our heat problem with no air conditioning.

We are all determined that you are a kind and caring man and hope that we all are learning in a happy and safe environment and we can't have that if the heat is a problem.

You may have not heard about the heat in our space, but I reckon you would care to sort it out. Although we  have been working our buts off, but still the books are getting ruined with the amount of sweat dripping down its like you can go fishing in the pile of sweat and that's still not the worst the mozzies have been real annoying giving us irritating itchy bites which makes us itch all night and get no sleep and that affects our learning because we will be so tired and do nothing at school all day.Oh boy here's a great reason you should give us a air conditioner one of our values is create but we can't create anything with this heat.What about the smell that's horrendous it's like living in a room with farts and that smell gets me frustrated and when i'm frustrated i lash out at people for no reason then get in trouble.

I deeply know that you would love to agree to this and make our classroom as chilled as it can possibly did, and if you do agree to our request it would feel like a bucket of water had just pelted on me.

Don't you think it would be nice to give your fellow children a nice and relaxing classroom. Now please would you agree to our request we would have it for a lifetime.
